Beautifully weathered and worn like a found artifact, this matte black stoneware Astris vessel by Heather Rosenman is glazed inside but retains a textured and unglazed exterior. Inspired by Greek Cycladic figures from 3200–2700 BC, these sculptures convey a human presence in the purist, most essential and elemental of form. Each vessel is hand thrown by Heather resulting in unique variations. This vessel is fully functional and should be hand washed.
